Call for Submissions for
"Selected Outstanding Paintings by Youth"
(California Edition, USA)

1. This art book is specially compiled to document the precious journey of young artists in their artistic learning.
Works can be recommended by art schools or submitted individually, and will be selected by the editorial board.

2. The subject matter is not limited to any type of artwork; as long as it is a paper painting, please send a photograph of your best work.
Young artists must be under 18 years of age (as of September 30, 2025).

3. The art book should be approximately A4 size, nearly square for aesthetic appeal. One painting per page.
In addition to outstanding works, each page should include a photograph of the young artist and a bio in English
(age at the time of painting, personal interests and development, and a brief description of the artwork). See the attached sample for details.

4. Fee: $45 per painting + 1 art book. One painting per person, maximum two paintings.
An additional collector's album is available for $25 per album.

5. Please email photos of your submitted artwork, a photo of the young artist, and a brief biography (a resume for the artist, and a description of the artwork) to:
ocssaa@gmail.com. Upon receiving notification of selection, please send a check to: WAOYA, address provided in the notification.
